Permit Cookies for Firefox 9

Daniel Lindkvist's Permit Cookies extension for Firefox is a great little add-on that makes it easy to do cookie white-listing in Firefox. It is one of my favourite little Firefox extensions but unfortunately Daniel Lindkvist doesn't seem to be updating it for new versions of Firefox.

I've forked vrillusions/permit-cookies on GitHub and bumped the version for Firefox 9.

My fork of the code includes the binary for the Firefox 9 compatible XPI: pcookie_0_6_2_3.xpi

IBM Connections Toolbar for Firefox

For last year's Hackday, Gearóid Ó Treasaigh, Ciarán Ó hUallacháin and I created a Firefox toolbar for IBM Connections. It is still going strong and we recently added Firefox 7 support to it!

Hopefully we'll get around to releasing it to the general public on Lotus Greenhouse or presenting it in a developerWorks article sometime soon. If only we weren't so busy!

Cookie Whitelisting

Fed up with cookies tracking you everywhere you go?

If like me, you find cookies kinda creepy, or even if you are just a little paranoid (remember: it is not paranoia if they really are after you!), try Permit Cookies, a great Firefox extension that makes cookie white-listing a peace of cake.
